How to Submit Blogger Sitemaps on Google Search Console

Before discussing more about how to submit a sitemap on the google search console, have you submitted all of your blogger sites ?

What I mean here is, when you create a property on the google search console, you will be asked to enter your website address, so here we are required to make at least 2 properties. For example, you can consider below.

  • yoursite.blogspot.com
  • https://yoursite.blogspot.com

There are 2 properties like this that you must add to Google as a console. If previously you only added the property yourwebsite.blogspot.com to the google search console, it means that you only added sites without the url prefix.

So what I mean here, you are required to add new properties by adding sites that begin with url (https), The way is very easy, you just choose to add a new property, and select the right (beginning with url) submit your site using HTTPS.

Send one at a time until the notification of success turns green, do it gradually for the three sitemaps.

Actually, with just one sitemap code we can index the articles we have on the google search console, but to make sure we just submit everything.

  • If the articles on your blog have less than 500 articles / posts, then you can use this code : atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
  • If you have more than 500 articles and fewer than 1000, you can use this code: atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500 dan atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500
  • If you have 1000 articles or more, all you have to do is use the code above, and replace it in the star-index =1 section with code: max-result+1.
Well, that's how to submit a site map on the google search console with the latest version. In this way Google will be easier to index articles that you post on Google.

Thank You
